USCIS published a final rule on July 24, 2019 that makes a number of significant changes to the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. It’s the first significant revision of the program’s regulations since 1993. The final rule will become effective on Nov. 21, 2019.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 24th, the final EB-5 program regulations are scheduled for publication in the Federal Register. The new rule goes into effect November 21, 2019. Investment amounts increase from $500,000 and $1,000,000 to $900,000 and $1,800,000 respectively.
